  • Spider-Man: Brand New Day (2026)

    “Every man has only 2 phases in life and they are Spiderman and Batman. Anyone in between is lost and forgotten. Spiderman is endlessly endearing, hopeful and always sees the silver lining in the darkest of circumstances, with a sense of dorky humour to put the cherry on top. He’s human, he learns and remembers that togetherness is the only way to live and it makes life worth it. Textured with grief like far from home, but this time in a more natural way that didn’t demand a huge plot point. There was just a lot of soul in this and Tom Holland IS spiderman and peter Parker. We should all strive to be like spiderman”

    “Such a confusing and uninspiring watch, the message behind the first movie is still there in a muddied and confusing manner. the relevance to the fan favourite character ‘Joker’ is as lost as the intention in making this film. Just like Arthur Fleck couldn’t quite figure out whether he was indeed possessed by a ‘Joker’ character or if it was truly him , the film doesn’t understand itself either. Harley Quinn switching up on him was also strange, the fanatic nature of their relationship is fine but she is meant to be as equally deranged instead of coming off as a calculating rebel. Even if I ignore all association to the comic book (including how Harvey dent was just chucked in there), the movie doesn’t stand on its own two feet which is maybe the biggest issue with it. great acting still and visually stunning. Also why was it a musical lmfao you can cast lady Gaga without making it a musical especially when several pieces seem unnecessary to the plots development”
